How quickly does Elevate respond to support requests?

What size of business does Elevate work with?

Do you offer MDR, or full MXDR?

Both. MDR covers endpoints and network; MXDR extends detection and response to cloud, email, identity, and SaaS logs. Human analysts investigate every severity-2-and-above alert and provide insurance-carrier-ready incident reports.

We already have Microsoft 365 — do we still need dedicated email security?

Yes. Native Microsoft 365 protection catches commodity phishing, but sophisticated business email compromise, invoice fraud, and vendor impersonation require a dedicated behavioral-analysis layer on top of Defender for Office 365.

Is our Microsoft 365 tenant automatically HIPAA compliant once Microsoft signs a BAA?

No. A signed Business Associate Agreement covers Microsoft's obligations, not your configuration. Audit logging, DLP scoped to PHI, Conditional Access, and sensitivity labels all have to be configured and evidenced — that gap is where breaches happen.
