Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 28, 2026 | Last Updated: May 2026
1. Overview
Elevate Solutions ("Elevate," "we," "us," or "our") is a managed IT and cybersecurity provider based in Los Angeles, California. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at elevatesolutions.io, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to information collected through this website. The handling of client data under an active service engagement is governed separately by the applicable client agreement.
By submitting a form on this website, you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not submit information through the site.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide and a limited amount of technical information your browser sends automatically.
Information you submit through our forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, business email address, phone number, company name, industry, approximate company size, and the message or details you enter. Our forms include:
- Contact form — to answer a general inquiry.
- Consultation request — to schedule an introductory conversation.
- Security / IT assessment request — to scope and arrange an assessment.
- Newsletter / insights subscribe — to send periodic email updates.
- Resource download — to deliver a requested guide, checklist, or report.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our analytics and hosting infrastructure may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your inquiry, consultation, or assessment request.
- Deliver a resource you requested and provide related follow-up.
- Send newsletters or insights you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
- Understand aggregate site usage so we can improve content and performance.
- Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Service Providers and Analytics
We use a small number of trusted service providers (sub-processors) to operate this website, respond to your inquiries, and measure site performance. Each processes information only on our behalf, under its own terms and privacy commitments, and only as needed for the functions described below:
- HighLevel ("GoHighLevel") / Wisetrack — our customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, and engagement-tracking platform. When you submit a form, your information is delivered here so we can manage your inquiry, schedule follow-up, and send the communications you requested, and to measure engagement with those communications.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — our website hosting, content-delivery (CDN), and security provider. Cloudflare processes connection and technical data (such as your IP address) to serve the site, defend against abuse, and operate the human-verification check ("Turnstile") that protects our forms from automated spam.
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (GA4), measurement ID G-HQKB1J1YZT — aggregate website analytics. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data such as pages viewed and general location, which helps us measure performance and improve content. We enable IP anonymization, integrate Google Consent Mode v2, and load GA4 only in accordance with your consent state (see Section 5). You can also opt out using a browser-level control such as the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Microsoft Corporation — Clarity — a session-analytics tool in the same Analytics consent category as GA4. It is configured on this site but currently inactive; if we activate it, it runs only under the same Analytics consent rules described in Section 5.
- Functional Software, Inc. ("Sentry") — browser error monitoring. It records technical error details only (with email addresses and phone numbers scrubbed before sending), sets no cookies, and does not track browsing behavior.
- Zoom Communications, Inc. — the support chat widget you can open on our site is provided by Zoom (currently being rolled out). It is a support tool you actively invoke, classified as strictly necessary; any analytics or advertising components it may bundle are gated behind the corresponding consent categories.
- Apollo.io — marketing intelligence and lead enrichment. Two limited uses: (1) when you submit a business inquiry form, we may enrich the business details you provided (for example, company name, size, and industry) through Apollo so our team can respond appropriately; and (2) a website-visit measurement tag in the Marketing consent category described in Section 5 — it runs only in accordance with your consent state and never before consent in opt-in regions.
Advertising / marketing pixels: the only tag in the Marketing consent category is the Apollo.io website-visit measurement tag described above; we do not load advertising or retargeting pixels (for example, the LinkedIn Insight Tag). Any tool we may adopt later will run only with your consent under that category.
Form submissions are also recorded in our own internal systems so our team can respond. We share information with these providers only as needed to provide the functionality described above, and we do not sell your personal information.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS / Text Message Communications
Elevate Solutions operates one opt-in text message program for clients and prospects, under the program name Elevate Solutions. You may opt in by entering your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent box, which is never pre-checked, on our contact form, or by giving verbal consent during a call with us. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The messages cover service and account notifications, appointment and scheduling confirmations, support ticket updates, and occasional marketing about managed IT and cybersecurity services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full program terms are in our Terms of Use.
We do not sell, rent, or lease mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data, and your mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies (Cookie Policy)
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, organized into three categories. Our consent banner and preferences panel let you decide which categories may run:
- Strictly necessary — required for security, core features, and remembering
your consent choice (for example, our first-party consent-record cookie
es_ccand the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check on forms). These are always on. - Analytics — helps us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. This covers Google Analytics 4 and, if activated, Microsoft Clarity, as well as our own first-party engagement measurement (see Section 4 for the providers).
- Marketing — measures campaign performance and shows relevant ads across other sites. This currently covers the Apollo.io website-visit measurement tag (see Section 4); any further tools will likewise run only with consent.
How consent works on this site. Our consent system is self-hosted and region-aware. In the EU/EEA, the UK, Canada (including Quebec), and other opt-in jurisdictions, non-essential cookies are OFF until you accept them ("opt-in"). In the United States, non-essential cookies run by default and you may opt out at any time ("opt-out"), including via the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the banner. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as an opt-out automatically and confirm that on screen. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie for up to 6 months, and a minimal, non-identifying record of the consent event (choice, country, timestamp) is kept for accountability.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the control (also in the footer of every page). Withdrawing a category also deletes the cookies that category set. You can additionally block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how some parts of the site function.
Final wording subject to counsel review.
6. Data Retention
We retain the information you submit only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, to maintain a subscription you requested, or to meet a legal or recordkeeping obligation. When the information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).
7. How We Protect Your Information
As a cybersecurity provider, security is core to how we operate. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring — to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information protected and to address any issues promptly.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us. To make a request, email support@elevatesolutions.io or call (888) 901-9686. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it is used.
- Delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request, and our cookie banner in the United States includes a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link (see Section 5).
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@elevatesolutions.io or (888) 901-9686. We will verify your request before acting on it. Residents of other U.S. states with comparable privacy laws may have similar rights and can reach us the same way.
10. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
11. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
