Part One: Elevate Solutions Pulse Alerts
1. The Program
These terms govern Elevate Solutions Pulse Alerts, a text message program operated by Elevate Solutions (Elevate Holdings, Inc.). Message types: Service, uptime, outage, and security alerts. Transactional only. No marketing. In practice these are notifications about the health of the systems we monitor and manage for you, such as an uptime or outage notice for your environment, a maintenance window that affects you, or a security alert that needs your attention. No marketing messages are sent under this program, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
Enrollment is by express opt-in only, through the form at https://elevatesolutions.io/sms-consent/, where the consent checkbox is never pre-checked. The consent record we store (the exact consent wording, a UTC timestamp, and the page it was given on) is the proof of each opt-in.
2. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies. Up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier and plan; Elevate Solutions does not charge for these messages.
3. Help
Reply HELP for help. You can also reach our support team at any time using the contact details in Section 6.
4. Cancellation
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You can reply STOP to any message at any time. After you reply STOP we send one message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further messages from the program.
5. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Part Two: Elevate Solutions Service and Security Alerts
8. The Program
These terms also govern the Elevate Solutions Service and Security Alerts SMS program: service and security alerts and appointment confirmations, sent only to people who expressly opted in through the optional checkbox on our website contact form or by verbal consent during onboarding. How that consent is collected is documented at https://elevatesolutions.io/sms-consent/. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any Elevate Solutions service.
9. Frequency, Rates, Help, and Cancellation
Up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP to any message for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time (one opt-out confirmation follows, then nothing further). The carrier disclaimer and privacy commitments in Sections 5 and 7 apply to this program identically, and the support contacts in Section 6 serve both programs.
10. Changes
We may update these SMS terms from time to time; the current version is always at this URL, and continued participation in either program after an update constitutes acceptance.
